About Me
I'm a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Fort Worth, Texas, with 10+ years running cross-functional programs across engineering, data, and operations. I take ambiguous strategic initiatives — company-wide AI infrastructure rollouts, platform migrations, delivery overhauls — and move them from concept to shipped.
What I'm doing now
I lead the company-wide AI implementation program at a consumer-lending company:
- Rolled out Claude Teams and Claude Code to ~75 people across engineering, product, support, UI/UX, and marketing
- Deployed Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations across internal tools including Jira and Confluence — and built custom MCP servers where no off-the-shelf option existed
- Authored the company's AI vendor evaluation framework: baseline assessment criteria, classification tiers, and approval chains, now used company-wide to govern AI tool adoption
- Built and shipped a stakeholder Reports Hub with Claude Code, deployed as a static site on AWS S3, giving leadership self-serve visibility into engineering delivery
- Built release-notes automation with GitHub Actions and the Claude API, eliminating manual release documentation on a daily release cadence
Outside the AI program, I standardized a two-week sprint cadence across every functional team — engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, DevOps — so executives get one planning cycle and end-to-end delivery visibility. I also migrated marketing event pipelines off a failure-prone internal sync tool to Hightouch, restoring reliable Snowflake-to-marketing data flow and cutting operational cost.
Before that
At LTK (formerly RewardStyle), I led the launch of a social media integration enabling 165,000+ creators to authenticate and upload media between the LTK app and platforms like Instagram and Facebook. I shipped a social verification tool that cut applicant approval from one week to 15 minutes, automated CapEx reporting out of Jira (two weeks to two hours), and partnered with revenue management to migrate data streams from SQS queues to Kafka.
Earlier, in school operations at KIPP, I spent nine years progressing through three leadership roles, ending with a $6.5M annual budget covering staffing, vendors, and technology. The work I'm proudest of there: designing a new enrollment system that took charter school enrollment from 15 weeks to 3.5 weeks, and rebuilding re-enrollment from 8 weeks to 2 — for 1,000 students a year, at no added cost.
How I work
I don't just coordinate — I build. The release automation, the Reports Hub, the custom MCP servers: I wrote those. It means when I'm running sprint planning with a team of eight, I understand what I'm actually asking for. And when I need to explain a race condition in a shared React core library to an executive, I can do that too.
